it just shows me more with any reply that microsoft sends me that they dont care about us at all....saying things like...."good luck switching to ps4" and "block and report how hard is that?" instead of appologizing for banning the
wrong person, all i did was swear once at a cheater and i get banned 7 days and the cheater walks away scott free cuz i cant remember his gammertag...tell me how thats fair ...and then they reply with smugness ....really unhappy with microsoft and thhey better
do somthing to fix it

ive been playing on xbox since the get go and have gone through more than a dozen controllers and few consoles due to its build quality. Yet I still play. Ive waited years for Forza to show up on PC and guess what I cant buy it. Nothing is being done and
nothing is offered to compensate for the inconvenience all the hate thoughts in my mind. Just unreal. Take my money and refuse to give me what I want.

 

Hey man. Sorry you had a bad experience with a cheater. But, since you did send a message against the Code of Conduct, the other person reported you and got you a suspension. :/

In the future, please report them via their profile so the team can look into it and take action.

 

These are community based forums so the responses are from fellow gamers, not Microsoft.

This issue has happened to several folks and I can not say it enough, please do not try to retaliate on your own...many cheaters and other mean folks can goad you into something and than report you and you end up serving the sentence. Best leave it to the
Xbox Support team to sort things out

 

I'm going to have to say that he/ she is not part of microsoft and is just someone sitting on a forum, and like others have said its never a good thing to respond to a toxic person as that response is now on you and you will have to accept the outcome from
it, its best to just report and block.

 

The best thing to do when confronted with trolls or cheaters online is to report them via their profile as blueamcat mentioned earlier. Don't engage them, accuse them, or respond to them. It's hard sometimes, trust me I know, but in the long run, it's the
best course of action.
