Microsoft doesn't care about us.

I just want to share my experience with Microsoft in hopes of preventing another person to go through what I've went through dealing with these moneygrubbers. All I was trying to do was set up an Xbox live account for my nephew and buy him a game. It took
5 hours to set up an account for him because of all of the security hoops I had to jump through. I'm not exaggerating. I had to verify my identity multiple times, basically every time I provided new information, I was made to verify that I was indeed who I
said I was. This meant having to enter my email address multiple times, receive multiple security codes which I had to then enter on the website. THERE IS SOMETHING REALLY WRONG WITH YOUR SERVICE WHEN IT IS EASIER TO RENEW YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE THAN IT IS TO REGISTER IN A GAMING COMMUNITY.
I could forgive this bureaucratic incompetence if my story ended here, though. After FINALLY getting an account set up and downloaded to the xbox, I moved on to buying a game from the marketplace. I bought an Xbox 360 game (for Xbox 360, not Xbox 1, I made
sure of that) but I cannot download it to the Xbox. I went back to the marketplace to try to troubleshoot why it wasn't working, and EVEN though it was listed as a 360 game, FOR the 360, I can't download it to a 360. What kind of sense does that make? And
I try to contact Support through ANY of the means they list, and I can't even talk to a human being unless I wait 768 minutes for one! This is exactly like the Windows 10 laptop that I bought that Microsucks ERASED the security key to (with the Fall Creator's
update) and then told me that I have to buy another Win 10 installation to fix what they did (Linux to the rescue!). This is not how you are supposed to do business, Microshaft! Stop treating us like your lessers because without us you'd be nothing. Get a
human being to help us out when you drop the ball because you're too busy counting your profits to make sure you deliver the product we order! If you let a customer down, you FIX it, not try to sell them more crap! I will never spend another cent with you,
and I will share my experience with as many people as I can because this is just WRONG! When real people do things like that it's called fraud. Good bye.

Xbox One poll

It's funny. This poll shows that no one cares about Skype or social media on Xbox. But Microsoft keeps on pushing it on us. It shows people care a lot about playing used games, but Microsoft doesn't care.

Now, if a company doesn't offer its consumers something they care about, do you think they'll make a lot of money?
