    Microsoft, do you need a reason to stop allowing people to follow without permission?


    I have one, I just got a notification stating someone is now following me.

    So I had no clue who it was, checked their profile, Congrats microsoft, you are now allowing bots/spam to make accounts to say stuff like, "I need a man, see my nude pics at ....."

    You need to stop allowing people to follow others without permission, next step will be these bots/spam sending kids pornographic messages.

    Edit: I know about block and report, the issue isn't is block/report available, the issue is this shouldn't be a problem to begin with.

    I get this every now and again as well. It doesnt matter if you block/report those accounts you will just be bothered by different accounts in any case.

    This has been happening more and more to me... I'm confused at why anyone would be allowed to stay on xbox live and keep a account that has a Zero gamerscore... All of this is about gaming... Sure block and report but like others have said it really should
    be taken care of before it gets to that step....

    Pretty much just block them I get those bots that are following me sometimes and I just block them and report them when I notice it is a fake profile that is all you can do at this point and let Microsoft deal with it.
