Microsoft Dishonest

Dear sir,

I have opened several ticket with regards to my issue, apparently you are avoiding me with my refund request.

Below is the summary.

On 02/01/2019, i purchased digital game from Microsoft Store for my xbox.

Game title : Dynasty Warrior 8 Empires.

When i launched the game, it has turned out to be Dynasty Warrior 7 Empires, the worst part is, it is Chinese version.

2 tickets was opened.

After contacting Facebook, i gotten a respond, the ticket was closed, and refund not valid.

None has contacted me to understand the situation, but just a computer generated refund invalid.

The title i paid for is Dynasty Warrior 8 Empires, and not Dynasty Warrior 7 Empires, why should i suck thumb and absorb the wrong title?

I should be entitled to refund.

I have wrote to Microsoft CEO, hopefully he knows how to escalate.

Don't you feel shameful of your act?

I am running out of patience.

well , i have to go through the hassle to get this refunded.

buy, are you serious, it is not my fault.

Did you even look closely, i am purchasing the correct title listed as DYNASTY WARRIOR EMPIRES 8

And the download is DYNASTY WARRIOR EMPIRES 7.

DO YOU EVEN UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION?

Worst if you tells me i am connected based on region, i suppose my address registered should automatically refer to me my region download.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Also, even if the case was closed you could always respond to the email and see if an agent responds.

Like i have said, i am unable to reach your support team as they have closed my ticket.

I have replied the close ticket, and i doubt they will entertain me.

I wish i can speak to Microsoft CEO personally.

This is so frustrated, pay for nothing.
