    Microsoft denied Refund for Game Pass


    I did not intend to renew my Game Pass. I was not aware it would charge me again, for my bank account had been empty for months now; I thought it would just stop charging. But as soon as some money got in they immediately charged! WTH! I requested a refund,
    but they just denied it! NO reason at all!! It also seems that the self-refund request is pretty Misleading! It says "request refund for digital purchase or Subscription", but nowhere does it mention Subscription Refund once you get in! I need this 37 more
    dollars, currently down to 4 bucks in my account. If Microsoft really had the ethics they try to put on, they would at least consider this.

    Hi

    If you have auto renew on or have an outstanding balance it will bill automatically. I don't think you can get refunds on subscriptions anyways. Just digital games

    Why did microsoft put me through two hours of talking to my bank and their support to deny my request?

    If Microsoft denied the refund, then reply to the email you got, and explain in detail why you want a refund. Not liking the game is not a valid reason.

    If you got an email saying the refund was denied, then reply to the email why you want the refund. Microsoft should then refund you.
