Microsoft deleted my xbox account(?)

at one point my gmai account had been hacked. every application that used the mail logged me out of the account including Xbox app. Once i logged back into my account on Xbox, it said the user did not exist, (i have only made two gmail accounts in my life so i did not log into the wrong email) i thought it was weird, but i created a new account with the same gmail as the old account. it wasnt such a big deal to me until i tried logged into minecraft and i had to create a new user. now whenever i log into minecraft its a completely new account. i checked out NameMC.com, where i searched up my old minecraft account (TheNachoChip) and it still exists. i would like to know if there is any way i can get my old Xbox account back

Need assistance on deleting XBox from my Microsoft Account. I was hacked in the past and charged for use and purchases related to XBox.

The Microsoft account IS the Xbox account. They are one in the same so there is no way to delete the Xbox account without also permanently deleting your Microsoft account.

I logged into my Xbox in the first time in several years and it is prompting me to sign into my Microsoft account that I deleted many years ago. I have the username and there are a few games on that account, and I know what the email address is, how do I recover my xbox account and attach it to an active Microsoft account?

As stated the Microsoft account IS the Xbox account and vice versa so if you deleted the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox account then you essentially deleted your Xbox account along with it.

I don't like to give bad news but it seems that the hacker deleted the alias (email address) associated with your account and then they added a different alias to the account.
Probably this is why you received the "account doesn't exist" message

You can try to recover the compromised account following solutions provided here:
