Microsoft deleted my account and all my games are digital. Why are they aloud to do this

why would Microsoft aloud Blue Hole studios to release their game Pubg, on console when it’s clearly not even half finished. I’d like a refund for my money.

i never deleted things that wouldn't be xbox live, he said delete your account and recover it, delete some market place thing and delete another thing like my audio. i didn't delete my account because of fear that i would lose everything.

on my old computer i used to 'reset' it all the time. there was an option that lets me select a date and i my computer would reset to the date i set it to (going back and have all my settings and downloads and history and all that on there) why can't microsoft
do that? they get millions a year (we do get dlc and updates way more then any console) microsoft should be able to do the same.

May I know why do you want to delete the game from your account?

This isn’t fair then. All I wanted was my account back and they can’t even get me an appeal there has to be a way u can contact them to let me do an appeal. Cause if u can’t contact them that doesn’t make sense why are they aloud to banned people without really checking if the person said that. All I’m saying is I want my account back cause if not I want my money back.

i just checked my Mail, and it says at 7:10am this morning i connected Outer worlds to my Microsoft account, i have no idea why linking the game to my account would delete all my save files for the game however. i also have no memory of linking the account
to the game, but it is linked to my email.
