Microsoft deducted thousands of dollars from my bank account without consent!

The full amount has been deducted from my bank account, which confirms that Microsoft have fully received the payment for the product.

I will try & contact the support service/PayPal. I'll keep you posted.

Thanks for the replys. Yes it states on my account that it transferred my account automatically from gold to ultimate. I get deducted automatically every month from my bank account however i was on PayPal and noticed that the monthly live fee was still
getting deducted from my PayPal (which has a different email address from the one i use on Xbox but has the same card linked.) I have chatted with 2 agents with them ending the session twice.

I was first charged on April 18 when I first tried to pay for my due monthly subscription. It got charged on my bank but it was not updated as paid on Microsoft. Then I check again later to see they deducted it automatically but it was not confirmed as paid, that's the second charge.

Now before this reply, I tried to risk a third deduction by paying it through the Microsoft site, it got "paid" but it didn't get deducted on my account. Now it shows next payment on May 13 as it should, but I'm still double charged for April.
