It usually takes a while to update once you have
changed your billing information on your account.

Give it an hour or so. You can try to redeem the code on your xbox directly.

As stated, You just need to scroll to the bottom of the page , click the tiny globe icon and select your region, if you changed your billing info it can take a few days to register,
