    I am a huge xbox fan and I cannot afford an xbox one. All of my friends want me to play with them on Destiny 2. I heard about this video on you tube where you guys give away damaged consoles that still work. If I could please get one I would be most appreciative.

    Damaged Microsoft Points.......?

    The cards have warnings on them that tell you not to use damamged cards or cards where the silver has been removed.



    If the card was fine before then it may have become damaged when he tried to scratch it.



    However any card you bought from a shop has to be activated. You could go back to the place that sold the card and say "Hey, this one's damaged, I want one that works please" and they can swap it for you.



    Additionally you can call Microsoft support. I've not had the issue myself but as the codes are unique then if you have the bar code on the card they should be able to be reasonably sure it's you, see that it has been activated but not used, and possibly
    void that card but assign the appropriate value to your brother's gamertag.

    My console is being returned already . Regardless of what damage it has the free game should be offered .Damage is Damage . Microsoft suck
