    when I go to profile > customize profile > change gamerpic, when I go to custom gamer pic it says error custom gamer pics are only for adult accounts how can I change this?

    Custom gamerpics will result in a suspension or even a ban.

    All you can use are the rubbish ones provided or your avatar/avatar prop.

    My custom gamer picture won't upload

    I recommend that you sign into your Microsoft account on the Xbox console, use Profile & system and open My profile.

    Use customize profile then, use change gamer-pic. Open Upload a custom image, then select the image.

    Personally I do not use a custom image as a gamer-pic. I have no images saved on my Xbox console as files, to upload as a custom gamer-pic.

    They may not have been using custom pics though. Still, as mentioned above, there is a temporary suspension of custom profile pics.

    Since features are restricted because of a virus. (Btw it makes no sense, moderators can work from home and why don't you use bots? ) We should all get a xbox gold price reduction.

    I totally agree that there needs to be a better variety of gamerpics on the xbox one.

    If you look here http://xbox.uservoice.com/ there are topics asking for more pics that you can add your name to.
