Microsoft: Countdown to the Awards Promo HELL

Greetings!

I got an e-mail from MS and I participated in the countdown to the awards promo (dead URL - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/movies-and-tv/collection/academy-awards/fh_oscars_5for25?WT.mc...)
back on 2/27. 28 or so days, 4 hours worth of chats/calls where people have sent me on wild goose chases/passed the buck ("I'll have that credit to you in 24-48 hours!"/ "He left NO NOTES, we think you need to contact the MS Store"/ "Sorry guy, try the forums!"
and still nada.

I'd be ecstatic to get the credit I earned and maybe even something for the immense amount of time and energy wasted messing with this crap - I honestly am checking OUT of the promotions game after this - it is definitely not worth the hassle.

Any help, or re-re-re-re-direction is appreciated. I apologize for being frustrated but this is annoying - I'll probably never even watch the damn movies...

How to change servers

Yeah the countdown thing is good, in BC2 I had a huge advantage by installing the game to my harddrive. I'd be in the helicopter before you could spawn.

However it is silly that we have to sit there looking at stats and awards, then the loading screen, then the countdown. They could just as well load the next map at the screen showing stats/awards, then start the countdown.

 

Lego Game on Demand games wrong prices

Almost all of the special promotions that occur over XBL are restricted to certain regions.

There is a chance that our Countdown to 2013 promo is only for North America.
