“Microsoft couldn’t start”

My Xbox slows to an almost stop when I sign in, multiple reboots do nothing. My Xbox turns on fine, but when I click on the account I want to use it stays on the “signing you in” screen for ages, asks me for my pin before getting stuck on the sign in screen again. When I leave it for 10 minutes it eventually gets to the menu screen it says I’m not signed in despite me giving my pin, when I try to sign in or use a different account the bar without the pin screen appears over my Xbox’s and stays there for about 5 minutes, I have tried entering settings but it gets stuck on the loading screen. I have received one error message saying “Microsoft couldn’t start” I’ve looked at the status for the Xbox servers and my Xbox, but it says everything is fine.

I was able to factory reset the console without clearing its data and that solved the problem , thanks anyway for the help.

Got the error message again, it says “Microsoft has taken too long to start”
