    Microsoft Could Careless about their loyal customers


    I have contacted Microsoft over 32 times by phone and my issue IS STLL NOT RESOLVED. Every single day my account is illegitimately blocked and I have to go onto the website and get a code sent by phone to unlock the account. It has now been over a year of Microsoft's lies on saying they have pushed the issue to someone higher up. It is clear they do not give the slightest bit of care about their loyal customers. I cannot believe I wasted my money on a Xbox Series X. I will NEVER purchase another Microsoft product in the future. I cannot believe they do not care to fix an issue on their end they caused. And before you waste your time saying to "check your reputation", do not bother, I do not even go into game chat or message anyone because you can get suspended and have a bad reputation for SIMPLY WINNING. I have not had a SINGLE report in over a year and a half. I am disgusted with the god awful incompetent careless support team. The same USELESS "solutions" that do not work. I have seen many forums with this unacceptable account bug has happened to others and THEY HAVE NEVER ADDRESSED OR FIXED THE ISSUE. You have lost a customer. This is 100% WITHOUT A DOUBT fraud on Microsoft's part. 300,000 Gamerscore and years and thousands of dollars wasted, NEVER AGAIN
