    Microsoft: Continued Download Failures - Lost 15,600 gold bars


    Microsoft (Routers): Continued Download Failures - Lost 15,600 gold bars
    Three puzzle packages failed to download so I've lost 5400 gold bars for Landscape, 3400 gold bars for Waterfalls, and 6800 gold bars for Italy. I want my points credited back to me, or figure out why downloads fail so much and fix the problem.

    Lost gold bars after I reinstalled the game

    I had to uninstall the game and reinstall because the game continued to crash and not run after the last update Windows 10 Update. When I reinstalled the game I lost 400,000 gold bars and all my history. How do I get back the gold bars I lost?

    Zigsaw download problem

    Microsoft Jigsaw: Your new collections are not working appropriately. It appears to be downloading then hangs 3/4's of the way across. The price of the gold bars was taken and nothing even free puzzles cannot be downloaded.
    What is going on? Please fix the problem so that your players can continue Microsoft Jigsaw otherwise it would appear to be a scam and false advertising.

    Hi Brad,

    When the game fails to download, it just either says "Failure" or it just gets stuck saying "Continuing download" but nothing gets done. I have also tried cancelling the download and starting it again, but nothing seems to happen. Also, I am downloading
    from the actual Microsoft Store app.

    Sorry to hear it. This could be a sign of the beginnings of a hardware failure. If your console continues to do this then I would recommend setting up a repair at https://devicesupport.microsoft.com.

    In the meantime, if it's plugged into a power bar please try plugging it directly to a wall socket. The Xbox One console has a built in surge protector and plugging it into a power bar could limit how much power it's getting

    Mine too! I had 38k gold yesterday and a bunch of downloaded collections. Today I only have 2400 gold and almost all of my downloaded collections are gone!

    WTF Microsoft???? I paid for the premium version and it has lost my collections twice now...
