Microsoft: Continued Download Failures - Lost 15,600 gold bars

Hi Brad,

When the game fails to download, it just either says "Failure" or it just gets stuck saying "Continuing download" but nothing gets done. I have also tried cancelling the download and starting it again, but nothing seems to happen. Also, I am downloading
from the actual Microsoft Store app.

Sorry to hear it. This could be a sign of the beginnings of a hardware failure. If your console continues to do this then I would recommend setting up a repair at https://devicesupport.microsoft.com.

In the meantime, if it's plugged into a power bar please try plugging it directly to a wall socket. The Xbox One console has a built in surge protector and plugging it into a power bar could limit how much power it's getting

K oddik's fix works. I was so nervous, I thought I had lost my Xbox One. Microsoft really needs to work on these update failures...

Mine too! I had 38k gold yesterday and a bunch of downloaded collections. Today I only have 2400 gold and almost all of my downloaded collections are gone!

WTF Microsoft???? I paid for the premium version and it has lost my collections twice now...
