Microsoft Contact Live Person or Email Address, PLEASE!!!!

I need help with a live chat person, not a robot that can't help,
there is no way to make contact on your website to a real person

i took a chance and just guessed your email address "*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***" ...but I have no clue if that is correct..I don't have time to sit on the phone.. I have tried requesting through the virtual help, but it sends me to the form there is no live
chat. DO you have an email for me please maybe?

the virtual says you can talk to a live person, but does not connect...

you can talk to a real person if you select the issue you need help with and select no thanks and you should have to option to chat to a real person.

 

I have tried that. It does not work. It just takes me to the same virtual form to try reset...

I have tried FaceBook contact. I have now been suggested to make contact via Twitter, so now I have to create a flipping Twitter account just to talk to someone

 

Twitter will just get you the same form and/or just referred to official support.
