Microsoft Complete on Xbox One X

I'm personally not sure what you mean with 'Microsoft Complete' is that a game or some kind of subscription?

Some more information could help to determine what actually is the issue.

Microsoft Complete for your Xbox One X that will provide you three years service coverage on your console for a very good price.

You can add Microsoft Complete when you buy an Xbox from the Microsoft Store.

Or, get it up to 45 days after purchase. Just bring your Xbox console to a Microsoft Store

I think all versions of the Xbox One X console are the same on the inside and have been very reliable. If you want extra reassurance I would suggest you look to purchase an Xbox One X console directly from Microsoft and then add the Microsoft Complete warranty
to the purchase that I personally think is a very good price for what it offers.
