    I went on my account to play my games and now this I haven’t done nothing to get banned like I have stated my account been hacked hence why I have changed my password I have been with you for over 5 years and spent over £4k on games and add ons now I get hacked and lose everything to find out that my account been hacked and banned this is unfair and your saying I’ve got achievements that I didn’t earn that’s nothing to do with me just remove them and give me my account back

    Again, as the owner of the Xbox profile, you're responsible for how it's used. It is also your duty to make sure your account remains secure. In a way, you personally did not get banned, your account did.

    Yeah I get that but that’s unfair losing over 4k worth of games because someone hacked my account

    I understand, but I'm afraid that nothing can be done in this instance. Your account was used to break Xbox's rules and that results in a ban regardless of who was using the account.

    For future reference, take the recommended actions to prevent your account from being hacked, such as enabling 2SV via an authenticator app and using a unique password for each online account you use.
