    Microsoft compensation on xbox


    Eu paguei por um passe de temporada em Paladins e temos um limite de tempo para obter as peles daquele desafio de temporada (menos de 30 dias para terminar).
    O problema é que meu xbox one x não está funcionando (malfuction de hardware).

    Agora eu tenho que enviá-lo para reparo e levará + - 3 a 4 semanas.

    Por causa disso eu não terei tempo para desbloquear as skins que paguei para entrar no desafio da temporada.

    Eu acho que iam ter uma situação ruim aqui.
    O Microsft deveria me compensar por isso. Alguém com o mesmo problema ??? O que acham sobre o tópico? Deveria a Microsof compensar nesta situação o cliente??

    [Translation- I paid for a season pass at Paladins and we have a time limit to get the skins of that season challenge (less than 30 days to finish). The problem is that my Xbox One x is not working (malfuction of hardware).


    Now I have to send it for repair and will take +-3 to 4 weeks.

    Because of that I will not have time to unlock the skins I paid to enter the challenge of the season.


    I think they were going to have a bad situation here. Microsft should make it up to me. Someone with the same problem??? What do you think about the topic? Should microsof compensate in this situation the client??? ]

    Sorry for the inconvenience that you have found yourself in.

    Unfortunately, Microsoft is not responsible for any challenges that you are unable to complete while your console is being serviced since that's in game content

    If you are having problems getting stuff that is issued based on in game challenges while they are offered, then your best bet would be to contact the developer

    Hi-Rez studios     and see if there's any means for them to help you get that content, although there's no guarantee that they would be able to.
