Microsoft Commerce account and myrewards

The region displayed at the bottom of your MyRewards page is your Microsoft Account region. Since you have a British Rewards Account, you will have to set your Microsoft Account region to match. You can change your Microsoft Account region from the commerce
page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/).

As listed in the MyStatement section of your MyRewards page, your deposit occurred on March 29th. You can review this deposit as currency in your Microsoft Account by reviewing your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/),
where it will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.
