Microsoft code will get redeemed on wrong email! How do i change the email?

Thank you, this did help with my Spotify problem. But is there anyway you could also assist me with the email itself?? Because that’s my main problem here, I can’t get emails from any reward I claim, like for example.

I don’t play Minecraft a ton but one time I redeemed 330 minecoins under Microsoft’s rewards, they said they sent the redeem code to my email, but as you probably know, Xboxlivefamily emails do not have an inbox, meaning although I could login to the email itself, I couldn’t see anything that was received because there was nothing there to receive, I would like to change this email, but I cannot find anything advice on how to.

And please understand I do know how to change a Microsoft email, but I cannot change this one, all it says is “your domain holder doesn’t allow this information to be changed” or something along those lines

You account is showing up as Silver on the website also, I would suggest try to redeem the code again and see if it goes through. If it did you through you should have gotten a email in your billing contact email that it was redeemed. If you didn't get the
email, the code didn't go through or you redeemed it on the wrong account.

I actually DO NOT need an answer, The email containing the codes was sent to an old email a long time ago, I redeemed my codes and changed my email information. I feel like a dummy hahaha

my Alternate email info is wrong, when I was trying to buy games it asks me for code sending to Alternate email address. How can change the Alternate email address

When I do this, I get an email with the code to redeem, It's been a while since I've done this so it might have changed. But it should have told you how you would receive your membership.

If it said in an email, then check the email associated with your MS account and make sure to check you spam and other junk folders just in case the email ended up there by mistake.
