microsoft code from epic games for fortnite didnt work

I can understand your frustration with this! Something that should go through simply and turns out to not go as easily as it should.

So, to try to help, just some thoughts and suggestions:

- It can take up to 48 hours for vbucks to appear in some cases. Sometimes something happened at the same time as you redeemed it, and it just gets stuck until someone at Epic can manually verify it, or until their system does an audit and applies the code
to your account.

- Just to check, you redeemed the vbucks code to your account and not an alternate account, or a friend or family members account? This can happen sometimes when someone else is logged on when you redeem a code.

- Definitely as this is VBucks from Epic, using a VBucks card from Epic, for Fortnite, which is by Epic, then the next follow up you should do after 48 hours is contact Epic the Developer and Publisher at:

Has the balance been put into your Xbox account rather than V-bucks in Fortnite, I know most of the retailers where I am don't sell V-Bucks rather sell the standard credit meaning you have to purchase them through Fortnite & wonder if that's the case here

by the way if it does send a code will it work on epic games fortnite?

you dont get a code from epic, he purchase via microsoft and therefore is applied to the microsoft account that purchased it, needs to sign into xbox console and fortnite for it to sync with epic.
