    I downloaded Gardens from the Jigsaw Collections and even played one or two.

    But it has disappeared and no longer shows up in Classic Jigsaw or Downloadable puzzles.

    can't play Microsoft Mahjong

    I have already downloaded Microsoft Mahjong months ago and now I can't play the game. I also can not get to the store. I get to the Microsoft Solitaire just fine.

    I also downloaded the Jigsaw and now am unable to play that game.

    What is the problem? Help

    Collections have disappeared overnight

    and now, magically, they have reappeared. I'd restarted the app several times, closed and reopened the Classic Jigsaw section repeatedly each time and the puzzle sets were gone. Now they are (at least mostly) there. I can't be sure all of them are, because
    I didn't write down all the new ones I recently bought, but the ones I was specifically looking for suddenly reappeared the 5th time I reopened the Classic Jigsaw link.

    Once you launch the Microsoft Jigsaw game, got to Classic Jigsaw and you will see your collections, ones that can be downloaded, or where you can create your own from photos.

    I found this by accident.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.
