Microsoft Charging Stand Battery cover never came.

On 4/21 I received my Xbox charging stand. However the free battery cover was not included. So I called MS Store support and put in a ticket. I then called a couple of weeks later and was told they would try and escalate it because it was outside their average
turn around for that.Its now 5/26 and I have not heard anything. So I called and am told well you never ordered it which I did. So I requested a manager. I am currently on hold for a manager for almost an hour at this point.

Question being is when will I get my battery cover, I have spent at this point at least $40 on a charging stand I cannot use, and that is bow outside the return window. Anyone know how long it takes Microsoft to look at their tickets for stuff like this
and to get a replacement part?

Unfortunately all you can do is contact the Microsoft Store Support, which it seems you already have. :/

Hello Wilder DC,

What brand of recharagable batteries are you using? If they are a battery pack they need to be charged on the respected charging pad they came with. If they are Energizer or Duracell rechargeable batteries that are single cell they need to be charged in
the respected outlet charging stand they came with also.

I have the energizer charge stand as well. The only back that Xbox will be able to supply, and I do not believe they will replace a separate piece like that, does not have the opening slot to charge the batteries. You'll either need to purchase a new energizer
charge kit or see if they can replace the battery covers.

Those are your only options.

You'll probably need to purchase a new play and charge kit. However, I use the energizer charge kit. It comes with 2 batteries and stand for charging and it's lasted for me since the Xbox One came out.

That's a good question!

I would like to assume "yes" as it's only a matter of changing the battery cover with the one which is included with the charging stand. Unless the new Series X controllers have redesigned battery compartments.... which I don't believe they have.
