Microsoft charged my PayPal debit card for transactions that should not of been charged

Hello! Have you checked your Microsoft account to see what exactly it's causing the charges? To do this, click your icon/name in the top left corner and go to "My Microsoft Account" (Example
here), next go to "Payment and Billing," then you should be able to view what it's charging you. For the most part, you should be able to request a refund

here and go through the process of getting your money back.

Try adding it to a PayPal account as a debit/credit card. Then link a PayPal account to your xbox, and purchase.

Essentially PayPal would just be the "middle man", in charge of exchanging the transaction.

Start the transaction using a payment method (credit/debit card/PayPal, etc), you'll be asked if you'd like to use the remainder of your Microsoft Account balance and charge the rest to the payment method on file. That's essentially adding $1 or whatever
the amount that's left that's charged for tax.

It's been 2 months and in my debit card (and Paypal) appears as double charge. Not "hold" or "pending". Simply my money is not there.

I just realised it's been charging me £14.98 for the past three months from my debit card as well as charging my paypal account £5.99 for gold... What the hell?! I'm currently talking to customer service...
