MICROSOFT CHARGED ME TWICE FOR NO REASON

So I was trying to subscribe for xbox game pass and I entered my debit card info. then after a while it said that game pass is not available in my country. my country is philippines. then when i looked at my debit card transaction. i was charged by microsoft
for 2 USD. when i looked at my purchase history. there's no purchase on it so i dont know how to refund it.

That's a verification charge. They typically drop off on their own within 24-48 hours. If it doesn't, you'll need to contact your bank.

If you definitely purchased it with this account, but it's not showing up, you'll have to call support and see if they can sort it out for you.

It isn't showing up in my download history either if you look at the profile it says i have played re4 like a week ago and it isn't registering that i bought it before
