Microsoft charged me for subscription and I can't remove my card

https://account.microsoft.com and add a new payment method (paypal, credit card) and set it as the primary to cover the overdue balance. You will not be able to purchase or add any
content until this is done.

You would have to contact Support (there is a link provided above) to request a refund and then wait to hear back if it is approved or not.

microsoft keeps charging me ALMOST everyday for the past year or so for $14.99 when i've checked both of my microsofts accounts that i've purchased things on which every subscription is canceled or expired. why do i keep getting charged for things i dont have anymore? and i've checked the recent billing history on both and none of them say that they've been charging me recently but yet i'm still being charged. NO SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE ACTIVE ON NEITHER ACCOUNT!!!. and no one has access to my card and those 2 accounts are my only ones. and i've tried removing my card on both accounts so it wouldn't charge me but they're still coming in. just stop charging me for this PLEASE. it's getting irritating since i can't find the source of where these charges are coming from.

If the charges arent showing up on either of your Microsoft accounts and you even removed the cards and they charges still keep coming then SOMEONE indeed must have your card details and are using them. Thats really the only other thing that could be happening in this sort if situation.

In these situations youd need to call your bank and have them put a block on any further charges and dispute the existing charges. Thats really actually your only option since the charges arent coming from either of your accounts.

I once purchased a card from Walmart for my grandson or online and want to stop the subscription. When I go to MICROSOFT billing and subscription , billing and payments, they won't remove the expired card. I finally got a new debit card with a brand
new number to avoid any more charges but want it removed totaling and cancelled and it seems I can not.
