Microsoft charged me but didn’t give me the product

We need to check and validate, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the transaction for the Xbox Gift Card from there. It should be stated as "completed".

If it's not there it may mean that it's not successful and with the charge, you may need to have it checked with your bank.

Phone support would be the only ones who could possibly help get a refund.

they said they wont, because all they can see is that it's no longer free.

Well THAT didn’t give me any results with that statement: go further into what does “Region Locked “ mean? (My XBox was in Connecticut and now it’s in New Jersey) How do I OR who do I contact to get it unlocked for a Microsoft product which I PAID FOR?

I can’t do a refund because the order won’t even show up on my microsoft account, but it still took the money, this is the first time this has ever occurred
