    Microsoft (Routers): Changed devices
    My Surface 3 had a connector problem and so the Microsoft Store people gave me a new one today. When I added the games I play (jigsaw, solitaire, majhong), the XBox user name says something a little different than my former account. None of the data from
    over a year of playing these games isn't there and now I am starting over. How can I merge the old profile with my current one?

    How to remove an xbox device from my device list after I've sold it?

    Hello!

    Please change the password on all accounts that were on that console to prevent that person from using the accounts to purchase anything or to use your accounts:

    http://support.xbox.com/my-account/microsoft-account/change-microsoft-account-password

    Once your password is changed the person can not use your accounts anymore as he would have to enter the new password again to use the accounts.

    To remove a device go here
    https://account.microsoft.com/devices/

    And click on your device and then at the top of that next page click "More Actions" and "remove".

    Has the app got permission in windows settings?

    1. Open Settings. Click on Privacy

    2. Click Location Under App Permissions

    3. Have a look through and see if Minecraft has permission
