Microsoft certificate accountability and ethics

How many thousands of dollars does a company need to steal from Microsoft members before its certificate is reviewed? I ask this in regards to the game Crossout. Since 2017 people have been robbed of purchased micro transactions yet there has been no
review or action taken. This game has a public chat which anyone can see has a post every 5 minutes or less from someone stating they have paid for content and not received it. I find it incredibly frustrating that as a 16 year subscribed member, my voice
can only be herd through a post in a forum.

After releasing my information to a call center in Nicaragua I was frustrated to learn that my voice was not enough to get a report on a company selling falsified product in the Microsoft store. I was informed that only after many complaints were made
would an "Outage" be reported on the Microsoft website. Children and lazy people will not take the time to jump through these hoops to report an issue. They just want to sign into your service and use it, they trust that you have done your job so they don't
have to do it for you. If there is an issue, often they find they cannot do your job for you as you have firewalled their options to making a post, but it only takes 3 buttons on a controller to report a profile. I have filed every report possible and used
every outlet allowed by your company to make others aware of this issue, including waiting 25 minutes to hear Nicaragua say "they are having service issues and thank me for calling".

I am retired business owner of a successful precision sheet metal manufacturing company of 56 employees. We made replacement femur bones out of titanium, deposit boxes for go codes on nuclear submarines, and the chassis to the very machines you use
to make microchips at ADE. I find this whole process to be disgusting, unethical and irresponsible. You need to allow an outlet for subscribers to actually make specific product reports with ease of use in mind. It should be right on your home page with a
drop down menu for products including all games, products and services so members can post a complaint with said product. This conveluted mess in place is nothing short of a joke and does nothing else but serve the backside of Microsoft and leave members confused
and unwilling to take that extra step.
