Microsoft Captcha, Disconnect between Product and Users

Discus and support Microsoft Captcha, Disconnect between Product and Users in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I have been trying to create a child account so that my youngest can play.     I have been trying to create a child account so that my youngest can play. I have tried the captcha puzzle and am unable to successfully get this done. I have never used a worse system. I acknowledge that I may be the issue but there are numerous other posts and people having an issue. This leads me to believe if this is user issue, this is a disconnect between Microsoft and their users. It's terrible timing given the holidays and trying to get the family playing together on the xbox means we are unable to save my sons progress on games he plays.

    I have used the following platforms and browsers and cannot find an alternative to using this new system

    MacOS

    iPhone

    To summarize, this system does not appear to be working as expected and I would anticipate that with the holidays and the number of new accounts being created Microsoft would address the issue ASAP.

    Microsoft Captcha is literally impossible

    The Microsoft captcha to create a new account for Skype is STILL BROKEN! Today, it took literally 45 minutes to solve the captcha, Today, Sunday January 2.

    Issue 1: The captcha is impossible to solve. I tried three. The falling clocks, the rotating whatever, and finally the pick the Zebra. I know how pick Zebras - but it took 5 attempts before the Zebra captcha would work. It kept claiming the answers were wrong. They were not. The other captchas would not work at all - kept claiming my answers were wrong. Not only would they not work, but they were confusing and ridiculously difficult.

    Issue 2: Clicking the rotate captcha to get a different captcha does not work. I had to use another browser to get a new captcha. It tried in three places: In Skype itself (create new account), in Firefox and Chrome.

    GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. It is ludicrous that it took 45 minutes to create an account.

    It is ABSURD to claim the captcha issue is fixed. It's fundamentally flawed and does not work. Shameful Microsoft.

    Hello again to all! And especially to everyone still dealing with this problem.

    The problem where the captcha was not resolving at all should be solved (as of a few days ago). However, as we're reading through the additional responses here in the thread, it is clear that there is still plenty of feedback around the difficulty of this particular "rotating captcha."

    If you are unable to use the mobile workaround (mentioned in my response on page 1), then feel free to also try the following: on your PC, attempt the account creation process from the Microsoft Edge browser instead. Attempting from this browser instead may trigger a different captcha that will ask for the user to identify a creature instead.

    We will continue to monitor this thread for additional feedback about the newer captcha, and provide updates as they are available here.
