Microsoft can you please fix the series X/S WiFi lag and ping issues

Im tired of getting high ping when there is absolutly nothing wrong with my internet, ive reset mac address and restarted my internet and reset my xbox series x. There is no problem using wifi on any other devices. Ethernet works at least for me but i understand that a majority of people dont use the ethernet they use wifi.

Hi,

Do you actually have lag when connected via Ethernet? Ping isn't related to WIFI. Ping is a measurement taken in milliseconds of the time it takes a packet of data to go from your console to a server and back again. It's not related to your home network or WIFI connection.

No lag with Ethernet or high ping , I only get high ping on WiFi it’s bad on 2.4gh and only slightly better on 5gh. On PlayStation and other devices I have no issues whatsoever

Have the issue on my series x under WiFi , all my other devices are fine but when I use the series x under 2.4gh it’s really bad lag and 5gh is better but still laggy, only solution that I found right now is to use Ethernet and completely disconnect WiFi. Hope this helps!

And it still lags but my wifi works with other devices including a different xbox series s

If you explain what the issue is maybe I or others here on this forum can help you get the console back to a working state.

Are you getting any error codes? What are they?

What version of console? Original, xbox one, S, X, Series S or X

WiFi or wired ethernet network connection?
