Microsoft: Can you please adjust bundle prices in the Store according to DLC I already own?...

I have contacted Nacon and they contradict that statement saying it's up to the resellers to set the prices, which in this case is Microsoft, I have contacted Microsoft Store support and they claim the 'Higher ups' are the ones responsible for raising the prices of the DLCs and the bundle. All I want is for microsoft to sell the DLC and bundle for the same price as Playstation are, but I fear Microsoft are being greedy here.

Is Chapter II only available as part of that bundle? Is that intentional?

There's no way I'm purchasing an $143 bundle that includes a game I already have access to and a bunch of DLC I already own to get a bundle of DLC that only retails for $35. I've got to think this is some sort of store error.

I can only apologise for the fact that Microsoft unfortunately didn’t follow their own policy when you contacted support. Was it a live chat at https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and do you have a reference number?

where it says:

Buy it now, enjoy price promise through Jan 31, 2024. If we drop the price of an eligible physical product, contact us and we’ll honour a one-time price adjustment.

You can usually only request a price adjustment within 60 days of the delivery date, but the official policy has been extended to next year so you should receive credit for any price difference on your Series X console purchase (as long as it’s available at both stores).

Yes, this new DLC came out today. However, it is already included in the bundle. Also, the bundle is in my purchase history, and it recognizes that I own the first DLC and the bonus that came with the bundle, but not the new DLC.

Unless you see the price being adjusted for an already owned title, you would pay for the same movie twice.
