Discus and support Microsoft Call Center workers keeps hanging up on me when i need help in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; ok i thought call center workers help people NOT hanging up on them this had happened way to many times to me and to be fair it's getting rude the lady...     ok i thought call center workers help people NOT hanging up on them this had happened way to many times to me and to be fair it's getting rude the lady workers keeps on hanging up on me this is rude and NOT ok i want a answer to this is rude i called to state a problem but NO hung up are they stupid or something? cause im not laughing i did NOT waste 700 bucks on a console and needed help of working on a new console

    Actually the second time i called them I explained it already female call center workers are so rude and they need to be um checked at cause this is rude to hang up on people who needed help also my phone will say if a call's disconnect so therefore she hung up on me

    No they're not with me one time I was asking one lady how can she help me out with something she said there's nothing they can do about and now I'm gonna end this call I needed help cuase my xbox was having a tech problem and she didn't help out and the other one threaten me that she will call the cops on me because I was using "profanity" even though I didn't my accent is heavy and is hard to understand most of the time what these two xbox call center workers did is completely not ok
