    Microsoft bullies/fraud policy, can’t return Cyberpunk 2077

Microsoft I think its fraud and you guys are bullies for only giving someone 2 hours to test a game out before denying them a chance for a refund/return. Even after Cd projekt red themselves are doing so for players that are not happy with the game. I
pre ordered Cyberpunk 2077 in hopes that it was going to be a good game as many did. I have only had it for 2 days with only a few hours of game play and I think it sucks. The movement is clunky I cant even play it and Its just a dark and deppresing game to
me overall in my opinion. I thought I had 14 days to return a game? I had know idea I had only 2 hours to try it out within those 14 days, what slime ball policy. It takes a while to get through dialogue and character creation to even start playing some games
including this one. As a life long Xbox user I dont feel appreciated. You guys are bullies, pushing for all digital consoles like the series s then scamming the consumer with such sneaky and slime ball return policy tactics. Instead of 14 days with a 2 hour
gameplay return policy you should make it atleast 7 day with 6 hours so we can atleast have a chance to test the game out. Regardless I think im selling my series x . Thanks Microsoft

    :)

    Issue with game developers

Thank you for contact us! I'm Anderson, an Independent Consultant and a Microsoft user like you.

    good morning

microsoft checks are not disclosed to the final public, they are internal policies, unfortunately many games nowadays like cyberpunk 2077 enter the store with problems, and are repaired over the years, and this happens on all platforms, unfortunately.

My refund was approved - however I still haven't received my money 2 weeks later.

I appreciate the response. How long would you say is a reasonable waiting period if we're being conservative?

I've previously refunded Cyberpunk 2077 and my money was returned in the same week.
