Microsoft Broadcasting Problems/Possible Suspention?

Ok so ive been at this issues for 3 days now, my problem is that my account wont allow me to access the Broadcast feature? is says that my account has been banned, so i did some digging around in forums and such to find that you have to goto the "enforcement
page" so i did but my account wont let me access the enforcement page and every device i try does not work i could use this 3-4 days ago and all of a sudden this i would like to use the enforcement page but i cannot so can someone help me? im so angry suck
and confused to why this is even happening i have not even uploaded any content to suggest that i could get "banned" in any form factor that breaks the conduct.

broadcasting issues

Every time I try to broadcast on mixer I get a message something went wrong. Try broadcasting again later. Been having this problem for months now an Microsoft have no idea what the problem is. Can somebody please help me out with this problem

To check, what game did this occur with? Were you unable to broadcast any game you tried after that?

Also, if you try a full
power cycle of your Xbox One console and router/modem, does that solve the issue when you start your game and Mixer again? Are you able to begin the broadcast?
