    It is in the guidelines that everyone is able to appeal suspensions over a certain time length. I appealed mine and they failed to review it before it expired. They have breached their own contracts and given no avenue of communication to contest this other then the initial appeal request. The whole process is a breach of the very agreement the promised us. Everyone has a right to appeal a decision and have that appeal reviewed in a timely manner. If they cannot then the ban should be lifted and/or time spent banned refundable. We play online to compete and communicate with our fellow gamers and denying us this ability of features purchased is theft.

    That is unacceptable. Microsoft breached a contract with the purchaser, thus their "no refund" clause is void.

    I don't care if I have to spend 50K to get this fixed, I will see a breach of contract. This was touted as a media center, and the specs say it supports DLNA. This is no longer the case. You have breached the implied contract MS. Fix it. Period

    they BREACHED their contracts trying to sign with activision's rival. they have a right not to pay them after IW breached their contracts. perhaps you may need to read the news articles and stories about the incident.
