Microsoft bingo server connection issue

Hello . . . . . , for the past 2 days there has been a conection issue when attempting to logon to the server. On occasion there has been a

connection drop out during play as well.

Please a little help if posible ( if there is something I need to do on my end)

Problem with Micrsoft Bingo and Connection Server

Will you please review the issue regarding server problems with Microsoft Bingo that has occurred this evening. When trying to open the game, the following message appears:

SERVER CONNECTION ISSUE:

There was a problem connecting to the Bingo server. If the problem persists, please check the Bingo support page at Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

TRY AGAIN

In addition, the coin purchase is not working.

My server is working fine and the other Microsoft games are opening. Will you please review this issue and fix the problem

I'm sorry to hear that's been going on for a while. Is there any steps that have been done to troubleshoot the game?

I thought something was wrong with my connection as well. I chatted with Microsoft Support this afternoon and was assured that there is no server issue for Microsoft Bingo. Uhh, I think there is!

Xbox Support to see if they know of anything that is going on with those servers.

Xbox Support dude says all servers are up and running. They referred me to contact the maker of the game and explain the issue to them. This is a huge runaround with both sides trying to pass the buck to each other instead of attempting to fix the issue,
which loads of people are having. Thanks for trying to help.
