Microsoft Bingo Problem

Bingo will not run, will not uninstall, will not re-install. Store says I own the app, but I get ERROR 0x803FB005 every time I try to re-install. I have reset the store app, run sfc /scannow, run DISM, and all the other suggestions from everyone. Does
anyone know what the error code means, and how to fix it?

Will Microsoft EVER fix the Bingo server problem?

Connecting problems and being unceremoniously thrown off the site in the middle of a game!

Where is Microsoft? Why no info about the problem? Memories of Win 3, and following buggy versions seem to slip into focus.

When will Microsoft even PRETEND to care about their customers? When will this unstable connectivity problem be fixed? A response from Microsoft would be nice but I'm not holding my breath.
