Microsoft Bingo coin purchase problem

I paid $4.99 for 530 coins on Microsoft Bingo tonight, it was deducted from my bank account within seconds, but I never got the coins. The upgrade to Microsoft Bingo has some bugs in it. Please fix it. I've been playing this game, and making purchases
on it with no problems until tonight. When I contacted live support, they had me uninstall and reinstall the game, but the purchase still did not show up. The only option was to get me a refund, which will take 3-5 days. Interesting how the purchases go
through my bank account within seconds, but a refund takes 3-5 days. Anyway, please fix the bug so that when purchases are made, you get what you are paying for.

Coin purchase not showing up - MS Bingo

I purchased coins with my Microsoft account for Bingo and the coins are not showing up. I see the purchase on ms account page not in Bingo? Can anyone tell me where I can go for help with this?

Hey there, Salmon It looks like there was an issue yesterday with connecting in Microsoft Bingo, and it may have affected purchases. It's resolved now, but I suggest you
contact us via chat or phone support to get a refund of your purchase yesterday if they did not actually refund it. After you get your refund back, make the purchase again. If that still doesn't work for you,
we want to know, so please post back and we will look into this further.

I'm having the same issue with Microsoft Bingo. I have attempted to purchase the 200 coin pack and it has charged my accounts I used for payment both times but it hasn't given me the coins! I can't find a way to contact them either.

I have posted this in the Community. No response yet. I also talked to Xbox by phone to no avail. Frankly I don't expect any help from the review of other posters. I'll just keep saving money on coin purchases . . .
