    Microsoft Bingo - Chat Problem


    Whenever I go to play a game, I get the following message in the chat area:

    "Your account's Parameters do not grant you access to in-game chat"

    I can still chat through the Xbox app, but not through the Bingo app. What can I do to fix this?

    Microsoft Bingo Disconnects

    Microsoft Bingo disconnects repeatedly before awarding bingos, keys, etc. I see at Bingo Chat that this happens a lot to almost everyone. Re-connections are also a problem. What is your solution?

    I thought something was wrong with my connection as well. I chatted with Microsoft Support this afternoon and was assured that there is no server issue for Microsoft Bingo. Uhh, I think there is!

    Microsoft Bingo problems since upgrade

    Rewards are not given after getting a bingo and there are too many server and chat problems. The only way to fix this problem temporarily is to close the game out as many times as it takes for both the servers and chat to work. I hope you guys are aware
    of this.
