MICROSOFT BILLING TWO CARDS FOR THE SAME CHARGES, FOR OVER TWO YEARS NOW.

1. Have you already attempted contacting support online through the Xbox Support site?
   
2. Do you have access to your son's account (the one that the services are being billed on)?
   

If you have not tried contacting support online through the page above, I would recommend reaching out to them first, but you will need to have access to your son's account and will need to open the ticket through there to make things easier.

Otherwise, respond here and we'll explore other options.

I never said they were XBOX Live transactions. They were for purchases from Microsoft made online. The first time it happened I applied for a card only to use with XBOX Live. Two years later fraudulent charges started. The second time I used a credit card
I had for over 10 years without a problem. One year later the fraudulent charges started. The first card only had 1 charge for Microsoft Purchases of over $1000. The second card had one charge for over $1200 to Microsoft and then 6 days later a charge for
another online retailer. I have four credit cards that I have had for over 10 years. I have never had any fraudulent charges on any of them. Do you think it is a coincidence that the only two credit cards linked to an XBOX live account ended up with fraudulent
charges? Is it also a coincidence the both cards had large Microsoft online transactions? How about when I call support about my account and they never confirm or deny that someone got my credit card info when I ask.them. Nothing is impossible, I think the
hacking community has proven that over and over.

I am 100% sure. I am looking at my statement right now. I received two email receipts from Microsoft with two separate order numbers back to back as well as two credit card activity alerts back to back. Looking at my bank statement there is a charge for
$77.30 and a charge for $85.89 from Microsoft for the same day.

Part of the problem is that I pre-ordered early (August) and was just charged on Tuesday for it (them). Do you think I should contact my card company and see if I can dispute the charge from them?

I was most definitely charged twice.

Please don't dig up two year old threads. There are no microsoft points anymore. They were discontinued over two years ago and any not used by now have also expired.
