    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you
    to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    We have not yet received a concrete resolution date from the team working on fixing this issue. Apologies for the inconvenience. What is occurring is that your billable account info is not being properly indicated to our deposit, so it cannot complete the
    process. Once they supply a fix for this issue, your deposit should complete as expected.

    I would double check on your microsoft account that your billing and card details are all correct and up to date.

    Alternatively i would just check that Xbox live services are working in your area.

    The billing info shouldn't be needed. Why not try downloading the game from the console?

    As for the second issue, the answer is no you cannot download a game to an alternate device then move it to the console. It must be downloaded directly to the console.
