Microsoft basically just gave my account away to hackers and wont help

So i found out my other microsoft account had been hacked and when i tried changing the email back to mine they told me to wait 30 days, i told them so many times i was hacked but they tell me to just use the hackers email to log into microsoft but they are so dumb that they just let the hacker cancel the change like good **** security microsoft. I contact them later giving them every piece of info they need becuase the hacker has changed the email to something i dont know what could be and all they tell me is we cant help you just buy the games you had back, if this was just some minor stuff i wouldnt care but that account just from minecraft alone is worth thousands and ive spent thousands of hours on the game and other games and they just gave it away and tell me they take security very seriously and wont change anything to get it back to me which is a **** lie their security is so **** and its infuriating. And at some point they also told me that means the hacker has had access to my gmail which is in no way true as i change the password on it multiple times a month and i never recieved any email about any changes being made in the first place the only way i even noticed was when i checked my xbox console companion and saw that the email under my name was completely different and had rambler.ru in it and honestly the only thing i can think of doing is suing which i would preferably not do.

We have checked the case number and it contains details about your contact with support. It looks that your account is unrecoverable, thus it was suspended to prevent hackers from accessing and using the account.

We know that you have reached out to the live support team with the hope that they can help you recover your account from being hacked. Thus, we know that you have been told to wait for security info change that is still pending for 30 days.

However, the specifics of the 30-day waiting period for a security information change are covered in its own support article. - “Your security info change is still pending” or “You can’t access this site right now” Microsoft account message - Microsoft Support.

According to the support article, this 30-day pending period occurs when:

... all the security info (such as alternate contact methods) that you previously added to your account was removed and replaced with new info and you need to wait 30-days for the changes to take effect.

The security information will be used to alert you if someone from somewhere attempts to access your account and update your personal information. Where in the absence of this, you may not notice any changes to the account.

I know what it's like to leave all of your game achievements behind because I've been there, but it's not too late to benefit from this experience. As your technical support, I would encourage you, to act NOW and secure all of your remaining accounts so that this issue of being hacked will not be feasible if you will be notified since you put your security information. We recommend you send feedback and share a recommendation of how you would like a security of an account would look like and be implemented. so basically

the hacker has added his email to my microsoft account's security info, transferred my minecraft account to his email, and deleted my microsoft account. whenever I type my email to https://account.live.com/acsr, it says 'the microsoft account you've entered does not exist'.

such a smart hacker bro
