MICROSOFT BANNED MY ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON WITH ALL MY X BOX GAMES!!!

Now I UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE ARE MOVING TO PS5 AND XBOX IS BARELY SELLING!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I AM ABOUT TO RETURN THIS X BOX!!!

About a year ago I try to sign into my Microsoft account which I've used for years with 0 issues and have purchased a number of games on. It says the account has been locked, so I go and complete the form to get it unlocked. Then I get this email stating that Microsoft and Skype have been merged and I have ZERO idea what this worker is saying in regards to me being banned for a Skype related offense. I haven't used Skype in YEARS. I have ZERO warnings from Skype. Never purchased anything on Skype either I don't know why the worker mentions billing info from Skype. I went through my emails and even logged back into my Skype account after years and I can log in perfectly fine there and do whatever. So I HAVE NO IDEA **** IS GOING! I'm really frustrated by the fact Microsoft has had absolutely **** customer service, and did not respond to any follow up emails or anything. I tried calling them, and the automated number will literally hang up on me and tell me to go online. I have filled out multiple forms requesting for my account to be unlocked and I explained what I just wrote here to them yet I have not heard back. I even contacted their support account on Twitter. As an avid xbox fan who has bought multiple generations of xbox's and video games and used gamepass, this is seriously unacceptable! They just locked my account and said **** off without explaining anything and all of my purchased games being rendered useless.

And worst part about this there are plenty of other loyal customers who have had this happen to them as well!!!!

I NEED THIS LOOKED INTO AND RESOLVED ASAP!!!

I have ALREADY tried this buddy. As I MENTIONED in my message. And that's when I got the BS response. Then I tried AGAIN AND AGAIN with no avail. So I NEED YOU TO REACH OUT TO YOUR MANAGER AND FIGURE THIS OUT.

THERE WAS 0 SECURITY ISSUES WITH MY SKYPE DID YOU NOT READ WHAT I WROTE YOU XBOT?

You must file an appeal at https://enforcement.xbox.com I suggest you wait the 48 hours to file your appeal until details appear, as you get only one.

You are responsible for securing your Microsoft account, all aspects including Skype.

THIS IS INSANE! GOOGLE MY ISSUE AND THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER PEOPLE DEALING WITH THIS SAME EXACT ISSUE AND THEY HAD TO KEEP CONTACTING MICROSOFT THROUGH VARIOUS CHANNELS!!

THIS IS A WARNING THEN DO NOT WORK WITH MICROSOFT THEY WILL SCREW YOU FOR NO REASON AND SHUT DOWN YOUR ENTIRE ACCOUNT! LIKE I LITERALLY DO NOT EVEN USE SKYPE. I HAVE NOT BEEN ON IT FOR YEARS THIS IS INSANE

I think everybody can understand that you are angry about the situation.

But swearing and insulting people will not help you to find a solution !

If you 'order' a "damn solution" you will get a "damn solution".

And btw Sony does not even offer to appel a ban, and if you download only 1 byte of a game you can't refund it.
