Microsoft bank dispute.

Hi, I’m struggling to understand how this means I’m at my limit as it doesn’t say what the limit was when I scrolled down to read eligibility, so does this mean the limit is 2 The in game currency that I have bought has not been Used at all so why shouldn’t I be granted a refund?

I had one of my team members look into this, and unfortunately, the refund limit has been exceeded. Before your Request on February 1st, there were other refunds submitted on January 10 & 29th. Both those refunds were granted and were for the same amount of Fifa points you recently submitted. As I mentioned in my thread, here is the link again for Request a refund for digital games, which explains in detail about exceeding refund limits.

You requested a refund and were denied and now want to know that if you dispute this charge with your bank will you ban? What were the items you were looking to get a refund on, and what was the reason they denied it? There is no reason why your account would be banned for disputing a charge on your account with the bank.

The limit and total amount to getting a refund in a given year must be less than or equal to $150(112.09 GBP) or local currency equivalent, and the total amount of orders is less than or equal to two orders. When we checked the account, you requested a refund for 79.99GBP for 1200 Fifa points on two occasions, January 10th, 2022 & January 29th, 2022. Then on February 1st, you asked for another refund for the same amount, 79.99 GBP for another 1200 Fifa points. Unfortunately, as mentioned, you have exceeded the refund limit criteria. If you disagree, you can contact your financial institution and dispute the charges. To answer the original question on being banned, there is no reason why you would be banned for disputing a charge.
