Microsoft ban on offensive langauge

You were not unfairly banned as you clearly used offensive langauge with them so their reports were in no way exploiting the system, You can only get banned if you broke the code of conduct.

Your best option would to have been to block them or send them a message without the added offensive language, Also the reports filed against you would only count for the players you actually sent the message, if a player reports you and you didnt message
them then that report would not count against you.

You can try the case review at enforcement.xbox.com but i doubt you would have the ban removed.

So these possible children on the other side, its perfectly okay for them to be witness to gun violence/vehicular manslaughter/prostitution and even "adult" langauge in these gamea, but it is not okay to hear it from a stranger? So many companies and publishers
are "cracking down" on "adult" langauge and I find it moronic. Homophobic/Racist words? That's fine. Those should be banned. But companies banning words that characters in THEIR games use? What sense does that make?

Change langauge to English then Locale to United States.

The length of the ban depends on the number of offense you committed

1)First offense is a 24 hrs ban.

2)Second offense is a Week ban.

3)Third may be a permanent ban from the game

The rules themselves have always been the same. I think what has changed is the fact that there are more people who are trying to bait people into violating them. But if you're not doing anything to violate the code in the first place, you have nothing to
worry about.

Seriously who are you trying to fool here? They're trying to prohibit offensive language in an online gaming environment. How many communications bans must they send out in a week with that kind of criteria? Did you even read my post before you commented
in the first place or did you just stop at the part where I said I got a communications ban? Because I mention this in it.
