    Microsoft Balance not updating at all


    Today I redeemed a prepaid gift card for $25 on my Xbox to add to my current balance of $40 and when I went to purchase a game I still saw my original balance before buying the $25 card. I tried power cycling my console with no luck. The only place my correct balance shows is in the “payment and billing” section in the settings.

    I am running into the same issue and I have no idea what is going on. It must be a serious bug with xbox/microsoft. Its unfortunate that I can't buy anything with it right now. Hopefully this gets resolved soon cause this is annoying lol.

    I have tried these solutions but with no result. Ny microsoft account balance still says $0 but my Xbox still says the correct amount from the gift cards I redeemed. I'm not sure what to do.
