Microsoft awful multiplayer and lack of help options?

Humankind multiplayer is unplayable. Error message "Forcibly disconnected from game" pops up every single time.

I have re-installed, signed in and out and reset and repaired the app data. None of these have worked.

Microsoft's 'Help' options are garbage. The request a callback doesnt even work and the live chat isnt even given as an option.

Any ideas from anyone on how to a) sort this issue with Humankind or b) how i can actually go about speaking to someone that works for Microsoft?

The first one was great aside from the awful multiplayer. They should really focus on a great singleplayer experience as shooters seem to lack variety in multiplayer.

There are no options for case review. This will become an issue based on the lack of response and help from Microsoft.

Simply put the campaign was awful. Multiplayer shows a lacking of polish and game design.

I'm sorry, but a Tactical Flashlight in Midday will not blind you, especially from 20 or 30 feet away.

And the glint off a snipers scope in the tunnels in Operation Metro?
