Hello!? Hello!? Microsoft are you there?

I've posted in other threads of yours, but you're not getting a response because you're posting in the wrong forum. You need to post in the Sales and Promotions forum in order to get help with your codes.

Hello!? Hello!? Microsoft are you there?

Why have a "support" forum with no CS support. You see many folks are having the same issue--no codes for the 360 games. Maybe its time to contact the BBB to force a resolution. Shame on you Microsoft.
